In accordance with international best practice; the BPIAJ serves as the unified voice of the BPO sector in Jamaica. As a membership organization, we represent the interests of the companies and individuals in the outsourcing industry. We are guided by our Constitution and Code of Ethics which outlines the principles we expect our membership to adhere to in order to maintain the highest practice and standards in the industry.

The turnkey 200-seat facility comes with furnished office space, shared office facilities, facilitation and business development services.
The BPO Contact Center Incubator was developed to strengthen the competitiveness of Jamaica as a destination for Nearshore services and to increase the number of SME's in Jamaica's BPO industry.
The facility was developed with funding received under the Compete Caribbean Initiative and in-kind support from the Montego Bay Free Zone Company and Cable & Wireless Business (formerly Columbus Business Solutions).
