A: Yes. Any company registered in Jamaica that provides services or goods to the BPO operators are eligible to become a corporate member of the BPIAJ.

It takes 5-15 working days to process the membership. There is a due diligence process, where members from the BPIAJ secretariat can organize a personal visit or do a telephonic discussion.

It takes 15-30 working days to process the application. There is a due diligence process, where members from the BPIAJ secretariat can request submission of additional details and documents.
